We offer a 3-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before items are sent back—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused and in original condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
